My Daily Healthy Food For Early Morning Breakfast - Lunch - Dinner & Supper


Eat Healthly in my own experiences : 


















Every morning I've been taking some Mix Natural Fruits, Mix Raw Vegetables and a Glass of Full Cream Milk. Just Eat Naturally without cooking. Mostly all this natural food will help us to clean our internal body system and good for blood circulations and always feels fresh too. Our body temperature will be cool down during very hot weather. All this is due to my own experiences after doing this way.

Fruits : 

- All Kind of Favourite Fruits selections ( The Fruit U Love The Most )

Vegetable : 


- Cucumber
- Japanese Cucumber
- Lettuce
- Tomato
- Red Papper
- Yellow Papper
- Green Papper

Additional :

- Garlic ( If Infected by Flu and Running Nose Non-Stop )
- Plain Water Soak With Yellow Lemon ( To Detox and Keep 
  Fresh )
- Yellow Lemon Juice Mixed with 1 Full Spoon of Honey 
  Without mixing with any Single Drip of Water ( To heal Sore 
  Throat )

Own Made Yogurt : 

- Avacado
- Strawberry
- Ice Cream
- Ice Cubes
- Fresh Milk / Low Fat Milk / Full Cream Milk
- Brown Sugar ( Don't Ever Use White Sugar )

Drinks :

- Reverse Osmosis Water
- Low Fat Milk
- Chocolate Milk
- Strawberry Milk
- Full Cream Milk
- Mix Fruit and Vegetable Juice
- Carrot Juice mixed with Milk
- All kinds of Fruit Juice Without Mixing with Any Additional 
  Food Conditioning


Own Made Salad :


- Lettuce
- Mango
- Honey Melon
- Slice Carrot
- Slice Large Onions
- Red Papper
- Yellow Papper
- Green Papper
- Small Tomato
- Mayonnaise
- Salad Dressing
